The apartment is centrally located on the main pedestrian road in a very nice and SAFE area, right in the heart of Athens' vibrant and captivating neighborhood of Psiri. Paid and guarded parking services are available nearby, and there are plenty of ATMs for cash withdrawals. You'll find small grocery stores nearby, as well as kiosks that are open until late at night. These kiosks and grocery stores are convenient places to find light snacks, soft drinks, beers, and cigarettes later in the evening. Additionally, there are two supermarkets within a 5-minute walk on Athinas Street.

The 3-room apartment is comfortable and recently renovated. It's on the 1st floor and features a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. Guests have access to all spaces and a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian road.

This recently renovated comfortable apartment spans 75 square meters and has been transformed into a modern apartment, complete with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay:

• - Enjoy high-speed dedicated Wi-Fi throughout the studio.
• - Relax on the comfortable beds and mattress (1.5 x 2 meters, 1.6 x2 meters and a sofa bed 1.4 x 2 meters).
• - Stay cool during warmer days with the provided air conditioning (a/c) and the ceiling fun.
• - There are mosquitoes' screens on every window.
• - Use the 43' LED TV and a mini hi-fi to entertain your self
• - A washing mashine is available in the bathroom
• - In the apartment you will also find a hairdryer for your convenience.

The kitchen is well-equipped with:

• - A versatile espresso machine for your coffee needs.
• - A full scale stove.
• - Essential cooking equipment.
• - A refrigerator with freezer to store your groceries.
• - A toaster for a quick breakfast.

Feel free to make use of everything in the kitchen. Upon your arrival, we will provide you a set of towels per person. If you stay for more than four days, we'll happily provide clean towels on the third day at no additional cost. Just let us know if you need fresh towels!

Potential of noise: Below the apartment, there is a bar which may cause noise on Friday and Saturday nights. If you enjoy city sounds, you'll love it, but light sleepers might have an issue.

We constantly update the apartment, so it will be even better in person than in the photos ;-)

To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. We kindly ask you to use the designated toilet bin and refrain from throwing anything in the toilet.

• 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Kindly smoke outside at the balcony.
• 2. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for infants. In case the beds get wet, compensation for the mattress may be requested. If you need a baby cot, I can provide one (subject to availability).
• 3. As part of our tax regulations, we kindly request you to send us a photo of the passport page showing the booking person's number. This information is necessary to provide you with the codes for the smart locks to access both the building and the apartment. For Greek guests we will only need their VAT number (ΑΦΜ).

4. 4. Please be mindful of the air conditioning unit and switch it off when you are not inside the apartment or when the windows and doors are open. If the air conditioning unit is left running while unattended or when the windows and doors are open, we may need to remove the remote control to prevent its use.
5. 5. It is important to ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying in the apartment. Please double-check and confirm that the reservation is made for the correct number of guests, as there may be a price difference based on the number of persons occupying the apartment.
6. 6. The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans to help you stay cool, particularly during the summer months. Utilizing the fan not only provides a refreshing breeze but also helps to keep mosquitoes at bay.
7. 7. It is recommended to leave the bathroom window slightly open to allow moisture to escape from the studio.

Self-check-out by 11:00: The check-out time is by 11:00 on the last day of your reservation. If you wish to have a late check-out, please make arrangements with us in advance, as it is subject to the availability of the apartment. After 11:00, we cannot be held responsible for any luggage or personal items left in the apartment.

To ensure a smooth check-out process, please adhere to the following instructions:

1. Double-check all areas of the apartment, including drawers, doors, and the bathroom, to ensure you have collected all your personal items.

2. Verify that:

• - All kitchen appliances are switched off.
• - Air conditioning units are switched off.
• - Heating panels are switched off.
• - The hot water boiler is switched off.
• - Lights are switched off.

Hot water: To activate the hot water supply, turn on the boiler. It will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. For safety reasons, please remember to switch it off before taking a bath. The switch for the boiler can be found on the electricity control panel next to the door. You can refer to the printed manual provided in the apartment or the instructions we have sent you, which includes a photo of the control panel illustrating the boiler switch. Additionally, please leave the bathroom window open to allow moisture to escape the apartment.

Cooking: To operate the electric stove, select the desired hot plate and switch on the appropriate switch/button. Please remember to switch off the electric stove when you are done to prevent any accidents. It is recommended to use the cooker hood while cooking to prevent lingering odors in the apartment throughout the day. Remember, you are welcome to use any items in the kitchen, including spices, olive oil, vinegar, pasta, and anything stored in the refrigerator.
