This small studio offers a cozy living/bedroom space and a small bathroom. Guests have full access to all common areas, including the charming terrace with city view and a clear view to Acropolis.

The studio is equipped with thermal insulation, allowing the interior temperature to be easily regulated either naturally or through the use of air conditioning. You will remain comfortable without feeling too hot or cold

The recently renovated studio spans 13 square meters and has been transformed into a modern apartment, complete with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay:

• Enjoy high-speed dedicated Wi-Fi throughout the studio.
• Relax on the comfortable sofa-bed(1.5 x 2 meters).
• Stay cool during warmer days with the provided air conditioning (a/c).
• There are mosquitoes' screens on every window.

The kitchen is well-equipped with:

• A versatile espresso machine for your coffee needs (Nespresso compatible).
• A small stove with two cooking rings.
• Essential cooking equipment.
• A refrigerator and freezer to store your groceries.
• A toaster for a quick breakfast.
• A hairdryer for your convenience.

Feel free to make use of everything in the kitchen. Upon your arrival, we will provide you a set of towels per person. If you stay for more than four days, we'll happily provide clean towels on the third day at no additional cost. Just let us know if you need fresh towels!

Kindly note that smoking is not allowed inside the studio. Feel free to enjoy your smoke outside in the terrace, where you can appreciate the fresh air and the views.

Please note that access to the penthouse terrace requires climbing one flight of stairs as the elevator reaches the fifth floor. The terrace, situated on the sixth floor, offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere for your enjoyment.

To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, smoking is not permitted inside the studio. We kindly ask you to use the designated toilet bin and refrain from throwing anything in the toilet.

Important reminders:

• It is recommended to leave the bathroom window slightly open to allow moisture to escape from the studio.
• Please inform us of your exact arrival time.
• As part of our tax regulations, we kindly request you to send us a photo of the passport page showing the booking person's number. This information is necessary to provide you with the codes for the smart locks to access both the building and the apartment. For Greek guests we will only need their VAT number (ΑΦΜ).

3. 3. To maintain the proper functioning of the plumbing system, we kindly ask that you use the designated toilet bin and refrain from throwing anything into the toilet.
4. 4. Please be mindful of the air conditioning unit and switch it off when you are not inside the apartment or when the windows and doors are open. If the air conditioning unit is left running while unattended or when the windows and doors are open, we may need to remove the remote control to prevent its use.
5. 5. It is important to ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying in the apartment. Please double-check and confirm that the reservation is made for the correct number of guests, as there may be a price difference based on the number of persons occupying the apartment.

Self-check-out by 11:00: The check-out time is by 11:00 on the last day of your reservation. If you wish to have a late check-out, please make arrangements with us in advance, as it is subject to the availability of the apartment. After 11:00, we cannot be held responsible for any luggage or personal items left in the apartment.

To ensure a smooth check-out process, please adhere to the following instructions:

1. Double-check all areas of the apartment, including drawers, doors, and the bathroom, to ensure you have collected all your personal items.

2. Verify that:

• - All kitchen appliances are switched off.
• - The air conditioning unit is switched off.
• - Lights are switched off.

Hot water: There is a solar water heating installed so most of the time you don't need to do anything to have hot water. In case there is no sun for a lot of days, you can use switch to electrical boiler. To activate the lectrical boiler, please you will need to switch on the only switch that is off on the electricity control panel. Additionally, please leave the bathroom window open to allow moisture to escape the apartment.

Cooking: To operate the electric stove, select the desired hot plate and switch on the appropriate switch/button. Please remember to switch off the electric stove when you are done to prevent any accidents. It is recommended to use the cooker hood while cooking to prevent lingering odors in the apartment throughout the day. Remember, you are welcome to use any items in the kitchen, including spices, olive oil, vinegar, pasta, and anything stored in the refrigerator.
