The apartment is perfectly connected to the airport and port. Simply take the metro from the airport and change line at Syntagma. The apartment is a short 10-minute walk from "Acropolis" station!
If you take a taxi from the airport, tell the taxi driver to approach the apartment from Ardittou Street. The address is Sorvolou 6. There are stairs (around 30 rungs), so if you have a lot of luggage, ask the taxi driver to help you.

This comfortable first floor apartment offers a cozy living room space, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. Guests have full access to all areas, including the charming two balconies.

The recently renovated apartment spans 70 square meters and has been transformed into a modern apartment, complete with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay:

• Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
• Relax on the brand-new, comfortable queen beds and mattress (1.6 x 2m).
• Stay cool during warmer days with the provided air conditioning (a/c).
• There are mosquitoes' screens on every window and door.
• In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer for your convenience.
• In the living room you will find a mini hi-fi and a flat TV.

The kitchen is well-equipped with:

• A versatile espresso machine for your coffee needs.
• A double induction stove.
• A microwave.
• Essential cooking equipment.
• A refrigerator and freezer to store your groceries.
• A toaster for a quick breakfast.

Feel free to make use of everything in the kitchen. Upon your arrival, I will provide a set of towels per person. If you stay for more than six days, I'll happily provide clean towels on the third day at no additional cost. Just let us know if you need fresh towels!

Kindly note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Feel free to enjoy your smoke outside, where you can appreciate the fresh air.

• Regardless of the self-check-in arrangement, please inform us of your exact arrival time.
• As part of our tax regulations, we kindly request you to send us a photo of the passport page showing the booking person's number. This information is necessary to provide you with the code for the lockbox to get the keys. For Greek guests we will only need their VAT number (ΑΦΜ).

If the air conditioning unit is left running while unattended or when the windows and doors are open, we may need to remove the remote control to prevent its use.
5. 5. It is important to ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying in the apartment. Please double-check and confirm that the reservation is made for the correct number of guests, as there may be a price difference based on the number of persons occupying the apartment.

Operating the lights. At the living room:

• Concealed lighting and main light ar available inert the living room
• The buttons to operate them is by the sofa
• To turn the concealed lighting on or off, press the button once.
• To adjust the brightness of the concealed lighting, hold the button down until you reach the desired level.

At the Kitchen: the light switch is located next to the refrigirator.

To maintain proper ventilation, kindly leave the bathroom window slightly open to allow moisture to escape from the studio.

For your convenience, there are two supermarkets located on Anapafseos Street, just a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, there are several nice convenience stores nearby, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants where you can find great options for breakfast, coffee, lunch, and dinner. You can find the exact location on the map.

Self-check-out by 11:00: The check-out time is by 11:00 on the last day of your reservation. If you wish to have a late check-out, please make arrangements with us in advance, as it is subject to the availability of the apartment. After 11:00, we cannot be held responsible for any luggage or personal items left in the apartment.

To ensure a smooth check-out process, please adhere to the following instructions:

1. Double-check all areas of the apartment, including drawers, doors, and the bathroom, to ensure you have collected all your personal items.

2. Verify that:

• - All kitchen appliances are switched off.
• - Air conditioning units are switched off.
• - The hot water boiler is switched off (if used).
• - Lights are switched off.

Hot water: The apartment utilizes solar water heating, so you do not need to do anything special. Simply allow the water to flow for a minute, and hot water will start running. Please be very careful as it can be very hot!
If there has been no sun or you are many people and the hot water is depleted, you can heat it using electricity. To activate it, turn on the boiler. For safety reasons, please remember to switch it off before taking a bath. The switch for the boiler can be found on the electricity control panel outside the kitchen. You can refer to the printed manual provided in the apartment or the instructions we have sent you, which include a photo of the control panel illustrating the boiler switch. Additionally, please leave the bathroom window open to allow moisture to escape the apartment.

Cooking: To operate the electric stove (induction), select the desired hot plate and switch on the appropriate switch/button. Please remember to switch off the electric stove when you are done to prevent any accidents. It is recommended to use the cooker hood while cooking to prevent lingering odors in the apartment throughout the day. You are welcome to use any items in the kitchen, including spices, olive oil, vinegar, pasta, and anything stored in the refrigerator.
